Built by people who had to run their own business on it first
Gibreen is made by Stride Business Solutions in Amman, Jordan. We implement Odoo for a living. Gibreen exists because we needed it, and it is sold only because it worked on us.
Where it came from
Stride is a small ERP implementation firm. Small firms have a specific problem: the operational work is endless, the margin does not support hiring for it, and the owner ends up doing the follow-up, the reconciliation and the chasing at eleven at night.
So we built an agent team for ourselves. Roles with written charters, running on a cadence, reading our own systems, raising questions, and stopping before anything irreversible. It has been running our own operations since the middle of 2026 — imperfectly at first, and with several expensive lessons that are now product decisions rather than opinions.
The rule that the whole product is arranged around came from a bad day, not from a design session: scripted writes against our own accounting produced hundreds of entries in the wrong journal and a wave of reversals that netted to zero. The interface would have stopped nearly every one. The interface is not a slower API; it is the control.

Say what it does not do
Every page here has a section listing our own limits. It costs us deals with buyers who want confidence. It wins the ones who have already been burned.
Measure before and after
Week one is a measurement, not a kickoff. A project that cannot say what improved did not improve; it just became normal.
Keep the refusals
The record keeps the times a human said no with the same weight as the approvals. Those rows are the evidence that the gate is real.
Own the gate, rent the engine
We assume every runtime feature we build becomes free in the platform within eighteen months, and we invest accordingly. It keeps us honest about what we are actually selling.
Where we are, and where we are not
- Amman, Jordan — working across the Levant and the Gulf, in Arabic and English.
- Odoo is the system of record we know deepest. If you run something else, say so on the call: the platform is not Odoo-specific, but the connector depth that makes the last mile safe is, and building it for a new system is real work we would need to scope honestly.
- We are small. That is why the engagement model exists, why there is no self-serve tier, and why you will speak to the person doing the work.
A note on the name. Gibreen is written in Latin script in both languages. جبرين is the Arabic rendering and appears in our structured data, but the brand is one word in one spelling everywhere, so that it is searchable and citable as a single thing.
